Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, tags, and the original receipt to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship to Gastown

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or visit our Gastown boutique for in-person returns.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
